Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has stated that Israel is not behaving like a state but like an organization, as the Israeli army continues its relentless bombing of the Gaza Strip since it was attacked by Hamas at the weekend.
" Israel must not forget that if it behaves like an organization and not like a state, it will end up being treated as such, " Erdogan said, calling the Israeli army's attacks on overpopulated Gaza a shameful method.
President Erdoğan emphasized that the bombing of civilian areas, the killing of civilians, the blocking of humanitarian aid and the attempt to present these as achievements, are the actions of an organization and this of a state.
" We think that war should have ethics and both sides should respect that. Unfortunately, these principles are being severely violated in Israel and Gaza ," he said, condemning the killing of civilians in Israeli territory and the massacre of innocent people in Gaza, which faces constant bombardment.
