NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte during his speech in Brussels before a meeting of foreign ministers of the alliance, said that there will be some discussions about Ukraine.
Rutte emphasized that unlike the talk of peace talks, Putin is increasing his rhetoric of war. According to the head of NATO, Russia is using Ukraine as a place to test new ballistic missiles.
" Russia's aggression shows no sign of abating - quite the opposite - Putin is stepping up his reckless rhetoric and actions. He is using Ukraine as a testing ground for experimental missiles and deploying North Korean soldiers in this illegal war, " Rutte said.
According to him, Putin is not interested in peace, but is putting pressure, trying to take more territory.
