The Montenegrin authorities have not allowed the entry of the former ambassador of Serbia to Montenegro, Vladimir Bozhovic, into this country, returning the same currency to Belgrade. The latter a few days ago did not allow the former Minister of European Affairs Jovana Marovic to enter Serbia.
The turning back from the border point between Montenegro and Serbia was announced by the Serbian diplomat himself, emphasizing that such a decision was taken despite the judgment of the Administrative Court.
In a statement for Radio Television of Montenegro, Bozhovic expressed his shock at the decision of the Montenegrin state authorities.
"This is a first class scandal, you have seen the decision of the Administrative Court and the decision of the Ministry of Interior of Montenegro that allows me to enter Montenegro.
That's why I decided to come again today, but at the border point of Rancha, they again gave me a decision to ban entry. It is especially unbelievable that this happened despite the assurances of the Prime Minister and the ministers in Montenegro that I will be given freedom of movement and I really have no words and I don't know what else to say," he said .
On the other hand, a few days ago, the former Montenegrin Deputy Prime Minister, Jovana Marovic, announced that she was banned from entering Serbia on the grounds of "protecting the security of Serbia and its citizens".
The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatovic, also reacted to this issue, stating that such practices should be left aside if both countries have aspirations for good neighborly relations.
