British media: Iran's Supreme Leader in coma, lost a leg and has serious
Mojtaba Khamenei

Iran's new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is reportedly in a coma, following the recent US-Israeli attack that killed Ayatollah Khamenei.

As the British newspaper "The Sun" writes , Khamenei has been appointed Supreme Leader by the Ayatollahs, despite being in such a state.

It is even reported that Mojtaba Khamenei has lost a leg in the airstrike a few days ago.

Sources told The Sun newspaper that the 56-year-old son of the slain Ayatollah Ali Khamenei lost at least one leg and also suffered serious damage to his stomach or liver.

It was not clear whether he was injured on the same day his 86-year-old father died, on February 28, but he is not leading the strategy that is currently causing turmoil in the energy market.

A source for The Sun in the Iranian capital, Tehran, today revealed extraordinary details about the condition, treatment, whereabouts and security of the new leader.

He is currently in intensive care at Sina University Hospital in the city's historic district, after part of the building was sealed off and surrounded by heavy security measures.

The source, who asked not to be identified out of fear for his life, managed to avoid the near-total internet shutdown in Iran to send messages to an exiled dissident living in London.

He is not a doctor, but he knows members of the hospital's trauma team who told him that Mojtaba was in "very serious" condition under the care of Mohammad Reza Zafargjani.

Zafargjani is Iran's Minister of Health, Medical Treatment and Education, but also one of the best trauma surgeons in the country.

The Sun's source said in his message: "One or two of his legs have been severed. His liver or stomach has also been torn. He is apparently in a coma as well."

Zafargjan's Persian Wikipedia page reveals that he honed his skills after eight years of operating in the bloody Iran-Iraq War in the 1980s.

The 70-year-old surgeon was himself injured by chemical weapons in the Iran-Iraq war and is the Islamic regime's most trusted doctor.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian was also reported to have visited Sina Hospital two days ago accompanied by Dr. Zafarghandi.

Security at the hospital was said to be extremely strict, with access to the intensive care unit limited to only a handful of authorized individuals.

Other sources reported that Mojtada is suspected of being completely unaware of the ongoing war, the deaths of family members, including his wife and son, and even his election as Supreme Leader.

Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei put his nation's war machine on autopilot before disappearing in the first action of Operation 'Epic Fury'.

His shadowy son Mojtaba, 56, succeeded him five days ago, but has never made a public speech and has remained silent amid rumors that he is already dead.

And inside Iranian sources told The Sun that this was his evil father's grand plan - and that the troops launching drones and missiles have been prepared to fight, led by "a ghost".

The fate of Mojtaba, who lost his wife, Zahra, eight-year-old son Bagher, as well as his mother and sister in the blast that killed his 86-year-old father, remained unclear last night.

But state television is now openly referring to the late ayatollah's silent successor as "Ramadan's Xhanbaz," a wounded war veteran.

The legacy of the evil Great Khamenei will be spiraling fears of World War III, along with higher bills and economic misery for Britons and consumers across the globe.
