US President Donald Trump posted a video on Truth Social showing attacks on Iranian military targets on Kharg Island, in the northern Persian Gulf. The island serves as a port hub for the export of up to 90% of Iran's petroleum products.
The video shows attacks targeting an air base, including strikes that caused craters on the base's runway, as well as several other sites, which likely include defensive systems and missile launch sites operated under the responsibility of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
According to him, the attacks also targeted warehouses where Iran keeps naval mines.
