Two teachers were attacked by students at the Itis Leonardo da Vinci technical institute in Parma, Italy, in an incident that was filmed and later shared on social media.
The footage shows a group of students surrounding one of the teachers. A short while later, another teacher intervenes, warning that he will notify the police. However, his intervention fails to stop the situation, as some students begin to punch and kick the first teacher.
The video also shows another teacher lying on the ground, being hit in the back by a student.
So far, there is no official confirmation of the identities of the people involved or the motives for the attack.

The teachers' union in Parma, "Gilda degli Insegnanti", also reacted to the event, requesting the intervention of the prosecutor's office to conduct the necessary investigations and identify those responsible for the violence.
Even the mayor of Parma, Michele Guerra, publicly condemned the incident and expressed support for the school's teaching staff.
"I spoke with the director of the technical institute to express my solidarity and that of the city towards the school and the teaching staff," he declared.
He added that such acts of violence must be firmly condemned and that institutions must jointly confront the phenomenon of aggression among young people, which according to him is violating basic respect for life in the community.
