So we haven't given them a clean bill of health, but that's a world of difference between that and issuing arrest warrants at the same time as you did for Hamas and drawing that moral equivalence. And it's not just Great Britain that has this view," Cameron said.
He pointed to statements from America, Germany, Italy and the Czech Republic condemning the ICC orders, which he said were evidence that it was not just the UK that took this view.
On Monday, the ICC's chief prosecutor sought arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as Hamas' Gaza chief Yahya Sinar, Mohammed Deif, the commander of its military wing, and Ismail Haniyeh, its leader. .
