The vice-president of the New Democratic Party of Serbia, Predrag Marsenic, has declared that there are no talks with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, adding that the elections are the only solution to get out of the crisis.
In an interview with Serbian media, Marsenic said that Vucic lost his legitimacy as president when he accepted the European plan for Kosovo, violated the Constitution and recognized Kosovo's independence.
"For us, he is practically no longer the president of Serbia. Elections are the only solution to get out of this crisis", emphasized the vice president of the New DSS.
When he was asked if he would participate in the protests, he said that he has participated before and this time he will not be absent.
"Yes, I think I've only been once. Almost everyone from the party goes to protests, and we even called them through the networks. The people took to the streets with full justification", concluded Marsenic .
Earlier, the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, said that Serbia could go to early parliamentary elections, while he did not give details of when they would be announced.
