Russia after calming the situation is trying to justify the Wagner uprising, trying to include the West in the 'equation'.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Moscow has launched an investigation, as there are suspicions that Western intelligence was involved in the Wagner uprising.
" Russian special services are investigating whether Western intelligence services were involved in the events that took place in Russia on Saturday ," Lavrov told Russia Today.
Moscow claims interference that there was interference in internal events. Lavrov did not immediately provide further evidence or information, but said the investigation had already begun.
We recall that Wagner head Yevgeny Prigozhin instigated an armed rebellion against Vladimir Putin on Saturday, but then backed down and accepted a deal to leave Russia for Belarus. An agreement which still does not know what it contains.
