Tensions between Israel and Hezbollah have risen again, as both sides have accused each other of violating the ceasefire agreement.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said they had intercepted several projectiles fired from Lebanese territory, while sirens were sounded in the Shtula area. Hezbollah confirmed in a Telegram post that it had targeted the area with rockets.
In a response published on the X platform, the IDF announced that it had killed three people it identified as "Hezbollah terrorists," claiming that they had unsuccessfully attempted to launch a rocket at an Israeli air force plane.
According to the Israeli military, in two separate incidents, Hezbollah has fired rockets at its troops in southern Lebanon, describing these actions as "blatant violations of the ceasefire."
On the other hand, Hezbollah stated that the rocket attacks on northern Israel were a response to what it considers "ceasefire violations" by the Israeli side.
"The actions constitute clear violations of the ceasefire agreements," she said.
Meanwhile, Lebanon's state news agency reported that Israel carried out airstrikes on the southern city of Tyre this morning.
