The head of the rebel group in Syria has said that the world does not need to fear a new Syrian government.
Abu Mohammed al Jolani, in the first interview with the Western media, said that from the moment of the overthrow of the government of Bashar al Assad, there will be no more panic in Syria.
"So their departure is the solution for Syria. The current situation will not allow a return to panic," he said.
Asked by "Sky News" what his message is to foreign countries, the rebel leader said that "their fear is unnecessary".
He added that the fear came as a result of the presence of the regime, as he emphasized that now the country will be rebuilt and is moving towards stability.
Jolani also said that the Syrian people are "tired of war" and are not ready for another one.
"The source of our fear was from the Iranian militias, Hezbollah and the regime that carried out the massacres that we are seeing today ," he said.
