Donald Trump has been on the receiving end of a spat with Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos.
The president said he had a "good conversation" with the "very kind" Amazon CEO this morning.
The call comes after reports that Trump complained to Bezos about a report that Amazon planned to display prices that showed the impact of tariffs, which the online shopping giant denied.
"He solved the problem very quickly and did the right thing," Trump added.
After speaking with reporters, Trump boarded Marine One, heading to Joint Base Andrews and Air Force One, which will take him to Michigan.
Trump's spokeswoman attacked Amazon after news that the company will set the real price plus the tariffs imposed by Trump on every product.
