French President Emmanuel Macron has reacted to Trump's statement about Vladimir Putin. 

"Donald Trump is starting to understand Russian leader Vladimir Putin's lies regarding Ukraine," French President Emmanuel Macron stressed during his visit to Vietnam.

The French president made this statement after a post by Trump on social media, in which the US President called Putin "completely crazy." This statement came after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, where 12 people were killed, including 3 children.

Among other things, Marcon added that he hopes that Trump's anger towards Putin "will be translated into action."
