US President Donald Trump called Gaza a "beautiful property" and said he is "a real estate person at heart" when talking about rebuilding the war-torn Strip.
"I'm a real estate person at heart and it's all about location. And I said, Look at this location on the sea. Look at this beautiful property. What could it be for so many people. It would be so wonderful," he said at the "Peace Board" ceremony in Davos.
Trump said that "people are going to live so well."
"But it all started with a location, that's the vision. They look out over the water. And very few people are - very few places are like that," he said.
