The President of the United States, Donald Trump,

United States President Donald Trump has reacted after Iran launched missiles towards Israel, calling on Tehran to stop the escalation and return to the negotiating table.

In an interview with Fox News, Trump stated that he still believes in the possibility of reaching a deal with Iran, despite recent tensions in the region.

"What I would suggest to Iran is that it launched its missiles, enough is enough ," he said, urging Iranian authorities to resume diplomatic talks.

The US president also stressed that the US military is on alert following Tehran's missile attack on Israel.

Sunday's attacks mark the first time Iran has fired missiles at Israel since a ceasefire ended the US-Israeli-Iran conflict in April. Tehran presented the action as a response to recent developments in Lebanon and Israeli attacks on Beirut.

Ebrahim Rezaei, a senior adviser to the Iranian supreme leader, stated that Iran had repeatedly warned that it would not accept ceasefire violations or attacks on Lebanon.

Meanwhile, the Israeli military announced that its air defense systems have intercepted all missiles launched by Iran so far. According to military authorities, other missile launches have also been identified, while air defenses continue to neutralize threats.

An Israeli source quoted by Reuters said Israel was determined to respond to the Iranian attack. Meanwhile, a senior Iranian source told the agency that any Israeli military action would be met with an even stronger response from Tehran.
