Wagner's soldiers have begun to withdraw from Rostov-on-Don and other cities. A video shows fighters celebrating after Yevgeny Prigozhin released an audio message confirming a de-escalation of the situation.
Life has also returned to Moscow, as the restrictions are being lifted little by little. People in Lipetsk were urged to stay indoors and roads were closed after a convoy of mercenary troops approached their region on the march to Moscow.

"Today was not an easy day. Our team did a great, difficult job. And they did it smoothly and quickly - as it should be when you are responsible for the safety of the population," said Governor Igor Artamonov.
"We are starting to remove the restrictions imposed today, in the near future we will open traffic on regional roads," he said.

Wagner fighters entered the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don in the early hours of this morning. From there, the group moved to Voronzeh and reportedly took control of all military facilities in the city before continuing on the M4 highway to Lipetsk, which is the route to Moscow.
