Four people have been killed and 32 injured in a Russian missile attack on what locals call "Harry Potter's Castle" in the southern Ukrainian port of Odesa. This is what local officials declared.
The building is the residence of former prominent MP Serhiy Kivalov, who was injured in the strike, according to Ukrainian media.
The BBC reports that the building housed the Odesa Law Academy, which is run by Mr. Kivalov. In a post on the Telegram messaging app, Mr Kiper said one of the injured children is a 12-year-old boy and that the strike damaged several houses and set fire to a large building he said was an academy.
