For a week, work at Vlora Airport has been blocked because Valon Ademi's "2A Group" company has prevented the entry of employees of Behgjet Pacolli's "Mabco" company.
The two partner companies continue to present their reasons for starting the conflict, blaming each other for the conflict, a conflict that has ended up being resolved in the justice institutions.
After so many days of work being blocked, the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Enea Karakaçi, made this public statement: "The conflict that is hindering the work to complete the Vlora airport is a civil and contractual dispute between two private parties."
But Minister Karakaçi did not say why the state, as the contracting authority of Vlora Airport, has become a party to the company that has blocked the works, supporting it with State Police forces, instead of allowing and guaranteeing the completion of the works according to the legal contract.
The government's stance in support of the blocking of the works and the documents available to "Pamfleti" raise suspicions that, now that the airport is in the completion phase of the works, it will be taken away from Behgjet Pacolli's company and will pass into the hands of two friends of Edi Rama.
There are indications that Vlora Airport will be taken over by Sinan Idrizi and Israeli Ron Yeffet, through the company "MDN INVESTMENT", who have been partners with 41% in the company "Air Albania" for 8 years, which has granted the charter to Prime Minister Edi Rama.
It is no coincidence that the object of Sinan Idrizi's "MDN INVESTMENT" company based in Vlora is this: "Financing, construction, completion, operation and management of the International Airport, taking ownership of the new terminal, offices, air cargo center, fuel equipment and all the infrastructure that the airport concession includes."
It is not without reason that it has not been determined which airport concessionaire Sinan Idrizi's "MDN INVESTMENT" company will take over, when the only international airport in Vlora is the one under construction, while the Tirana and Kukës airports are under concession by another company.
But it is known that Edi Rama's friend, Israeli Ron Yeffet, was a partner with Sinan Idrizi and his wife in the company "MDN INVESTMENT", which aims to acquire and administer the Vlora airport under concession, and to whom he gave a monopoly on weapons, ammunition, vehicles and combat drones.
Sinan Idrizi created the firm "MDN INVESTMENT" on May 17, 2018 for the financing, construction and management of Vlora Airport, a fact that proves that he predestined it with Edi Rama.
But the project was postponed because Sinan Idrizi could not deceive Turkish investors to get 150 million euros; and together with Edi Rama, after 5 months, they created the company "Air Albania" in partnership with "Turkish Airlines" and 10% of "Albcontrol", a company that went bankrupt.
Vlora Airport is completing construction by Behgjet Pacolli and partner Valon Ademi, according to the shares in the concession contract signed with the Government of Albania on June 2, 2021.
But the blocking of works in the final phase has created suspicions that it is a scheme by Prime Minister Edi Rama to hand over the airport to Sinan Idrizi and his Israeli friend Ron Yeffe, causing a hefty fine in arbitration, as Behgjet Pacolli warned.
On October 17, 2018, just 2 months after the creation of the company "MDN INVESTMENT" with the aim of obtaining the airport concession, Sinan Idrizi sold 77% of the shares to Israeli Ron Yeffet and his wife and daughter Najada and Rejana Idrizi, while keeping 23% of the shares for himself.
Now, after bankrupting the company "Air Albania", together with Prime Minister Edi Rama, they have entered the game to take over the Vlora airport concession, a game that began with the deliberate blocking of works, without wanting to know how many millions of euros in arbitration fines Albanians will pay for investor Behgjet Pacolli./ Pamphlet
