The owners of the land have submitted documents against Luan Bregas to SPAK...
At the end of last year, the National Territorial Council rejected the construction permit for the "New Paris" tower that was to be built in the center of the Paris Municipality, with main investor Luan Bregasi.
The news was reported by 'Pamfleti' at the time it happened. Meanwhile, representatives of the landowners, in a letter to the editorial office, announced that the entire process of acquiring the land and its documents from Luan Bregasi is a pure forgery, for which the letters have been sent to SPAK.
In an information letter sent to 'Pamphlet', the representative of the families who own the land emphasizes that Bregas's falsifications have been proven, in collaboration with cadastral employees.
Shkëlqim Hajno, one of the co-owners, emphasizes in his material that "The "Sara-El" Company sh.pk with administrator Luan Bregasin, in cooperation with employees of the Tirana South Local Directorate of A.S.K. and with the support of the A.S.K. management structures, acting as a structured criminal group, have falsified the cards of over 40 properties of the legal owners, seizing these properties and turning the State Cadastre Agency from an institution of legal property security into a criminal syndicate". According to Hajno, "The falsified cards of these properties without Enterprise Contracts with their co-owners were used by employees of the Territorial Development Agency to manipulate the KKT, which at the meeting of 01.08.2023 with Decision No. 26 approved the Development Permit for the “Paris i Ri” facility on behalf of the “Sara-El” company sh.pk for several buildings with 12, 14, 18, 25 and 34 floors on 'Komuna e Parisit' Street.
The Territorial Development Agency, after complaints from some of the co-owners and after having RE-CONFIRMED the technical-legal documentation submitted by the company “Sara-El” sh.pk, has “Suspended the issuance of the Development Permit” on 25.08.2023 and with its official position, has confirmed that: “With the A.ZH.T. as the technical secretariat of the KKT, the application permit with No. 3169 prot, dated 19.07.2023, for the approval of the Development Permit for the “Parisi i Ri” facility, with the developer “Sara – El” sh.pk, as well as Decision No. 26 dated 01.08.2023 of the KKT, for the approval of the Permit with the developer “Sara – El” sh.pk…
On September 25 of last year, the KKT decided to revoke the permit for the “Paris i Ri” facility. As is known, the owners of the land have brought documents against Luan Bregas to SPAK. As for Bregas, the employees of Birra-Tirana, who after a 5-year odyssey with “Loni dhe Fane” have also brought a bag of other documents to SPAK that show their abuses over the years. Two years ago, it was precisely the documents of the employees in the economic crime that later brought about the prosecution of Birra-Tirana by the country's Taxes and Customs./ Pamphlet
