The head of SPAK, Klodian Braho, began his duties by calling on MP Olta Xhaçka, a former minister involved in several corruption scandals, including allegations of millions of euros in food and materials from the State Reserves after the earthquake, awarded through secret tenders, as well as for the concession of the Limion Military Port in Saranda.
Meanwhile, Altin Dumani dismissed the case against her for the theft of state land for the construction of a resort in Dhërmi, stating that there was no evidence, and even publicly came out against the Special Court.
But Altin Dumani has left Klodian Braho with a "stock" of untouched affairs, carried out by politicians, government officials, local officials, big businessmen, and police and justice leaders, although criminal charges have been filed against them for corruption and links to crime.
Some of the names that Dumani did not want or dared to bring to justice:
1. Edi Rama, the Prime Minister who, due to affairs ordered and signed by him, currently has 76 ministers, deputy ministers, mayors and directors in prison or under investigation, but he himself has never been called for questioning; Altin Dumani even retreated and remained silent when Rama publicly threatened him over the phone issue.
2. Olsi Rama, accused of links to the drug trafficking group "Xibraka" and involved in the "Call Center" scheme fraud, but was "cleared" and not touched for other files.
3. Çngjëll Agaçi, Secretary General of the Prime Minister's Office, involved in the landfill affairs and the robbery of 600 hectares on the Vlora coast, in collaboration with the convicted drug trafficker Artur Shehu.
4. Shkëlzen Berisha, directly linked to the "Gërdeci" criminal affair, which caused 26 victims and over 1 billion euros in damage; Dumani did not dare to prosecute her.
5. Ogerta Manastirliu, involved in theft at the QSUT, in "COVID-19" tenders and in four concessions: sterilization, laboratories, dialysis and check-ups, but Altin Dumani did not prosecute her.
6. Mirela Kumbaro, the "grandmother" minister of thefts with tenders, beach concessions and illegal contracts in Butrint; signatory of the land grab for the construction of resorts, palaces, villas and farms in protected areas, but not prosecuted.
7. Frida Krifca, reported by OLAF and EUROJUST for 138 million euros of IPARD; Dumani did not prosecute her, while she continues to be an advisor to the Prime Minister and builds towers.
8. Janis Karathano, who through corruption with health ministers has received 150 million euros in tenders and 120 million euros in laboratory concessions, involved in drug smuggling and money laundering, but without an investigation by Dumani.
10. Tomë Doshi, with a file for electoral crimes, money laundering and corruption, as well as an official report from Australian justice, but remains free.
11. Imer Lala, key character in "File 184" for electoral manipulation in Dibër, involved in drug trafficking and organizing murders; his file remains intact.
12. Edmond Haxhinasto, part of the affairs with the Meta-Kryemadhi couple; Ilir Meta has been arrested, Monika Kryemadhi is a defendant, while Haxhinasto was not prosecuted and returned as an MP.
Other untouchables by Altin Dumani:
For three years, reports have also been filed with SPAK against Pëllumb Salillari, Bashkim Ulaj, Gjergj Luca, Amant Josifi, Lul Morina, Trifon Murataj (Bana King), Andrea Çaushi, Eral Myftaraj, Blendi Gonxhe, Emiriana Sako, Flamur Noka, Ridvan Bode, Genc Pollo, Genc Ruli, Dritan Agolli (FSHZH), Rakip Suli, Ilir Xhakolli, Gledian Llatja, Armando Subashi, Argent Balla, a Socialist Party MP, etc.
These beneficiaries of public funds and assets were not touched by Altin Dumani, who either did not want to, or did not dare to touch them, carrying out selective and ordered attacks, according to conjunctures and personal interests./ Pamphlet
