The 'Radojčič' phenomenon is rapidly being implemented in Himara, which is the 'arm and shoulder' of Labëria, as the poet Lefter Çipa, or even the great of Albanian literature, Petro Marko, has drawn so beautifully.
For days, a circle of names to replace Beleri, all of whom are minorities declared as ethnic Greeks, is being progressively discussed.
There is even talk of an importation from Dropulli and other minority areas in Himare, are you saying that we are dealing with an automatic movement? When the constitutional essence of the election of the mayor of a local unit is his being a citizen of that community.
What business does a dropulli or finiqiot have, these minority areas, in a municipality like Himara, which is not only not a minority, but is the core of the national roots of our identity?!

The search for the Radojčice of Himara leads this small province, with the majority of the population in emigration, to an experimental center of the expansionist interests of Athens.
And if you look at it from a geopolitical point of view, in all likelihood, Greece intends to create a minority space in the south of the country, where the municipalities of Himara, Finiq and Dropulli are geographically inseparable. Himara thus returns to the 'falcon' municipality where all the philo-Greek extremists are concentrated even though they have no family, genetic or cultural connection with Himara and Labërina.
Today, Himara is being discussed as a pro-Greek solution, while the Beleri case, if not judicial, is political, because he has never been a minority candidate, but a candidate of the only right-wing opposition that participated in the May 14 elections. .
The irritation or deviation of the "Beleri" case in an Athens-Tirana diplomatic precedent, seems not to be simply the result of nerves or events. It is very likely, according to the signals that this case brings, that it is a perfidious planning by Edi Rama and Qirjako Micotaqisi, who are not friends with each other by chance, but part of the lobbying of masters with common interests.
So, it seems that there is a clear strategy of Tirana and Athens to implement in Himarë, a North Mitrovica.
Edi Rama, perhaps, we are saying perhaps delicately, he may have thought it through, to achieve some positive final result. What is the connection between the dropulites, or the Lushnjars like Ilir Paço? There is one thing here, Himara is not North Mitrovica at all, but instead has a more nationalist base than a corner of philohellenic nostalgia can have. And if "Pandora's Box" is opened, i.e. the clash of "reds" and "blues" in Himara, namely the Albanians and the Greeks, not only will there not be an electorate of Omonia of PBDNJ, but in all likelihood, it will we have a more extreme situation than in 2001, when the SP-PD patriotic coalition was created in Himare.
And Rama's play, it seems, aims to provoke a supposedly patriotic wave as a reaction to his agreement with Athens. And in the end, the prime minister gets angry and becomes more Catholic than the Pope.
This will bring even higher tension, where according to all the probabilities of the forecasts, official Athens will increase the escalation, and then demand a conception of the ethnic element Himare, Finiq and Dropull. And then ask for an autonomy of association. This is actually a plan, but as we can see, Edi Rama is facilitating this plan to his friend Qirjako.
