Through threats, pressure and blackmail, millions of ALL are taken from the citizens, although they may have received minimal loans.
Complaints against this company have been endless and the Bank of Albania a few months ago decided to suspend its license for the second time, without taking a measure to revoke it completely. A few days ago Gent Sejko tried to justify himself that his "hands were tied" and he could not take any measures.
Why has the license not been revoked? The license has not been revoked because revoking the license would take the portfolio of these clients out of the credit register administered by the Central Bank. Therefore, the removal from the credit register of customers who are not all non-performing - some pay, some have payment difficulties - would lead to the perception that the loans are forgiven and they would not pay in the first place, so this would to create a precedent in the banking system itself, and a risk to increase the problem loan which I mentioned that we reduced from 25 percent to 4.7 percent", he justified himself.

Secondly, from the reactions of the last few days, it is clear that these companies have captured the state. The Ministry of Justice launched an urgent letter to several state institutions, including the Bank of Albania and the State Cadastre Agency.
According to the documents signed by Deputy Minister Klajd Karameta, the Bank of Albania was required to take urgent measures to block the activity of Final and Micro Credit Albania, while the State Cadastre Agency was required to provide information on the number of properties that these two companies have alienated from Albanian citizens.
