After the 'harvest' of this decision, the Berisha-Meta originators accused Lulzim Basha, who after being declared an internal enemy, became a barn of many sins, some of which he was hearing for the first time.

In recent days, attention has been drawn to the DP MP, Xhelal Mziu, who on July 22, 2013 (5 months before he was arrested for tender affairs) received the scientific degree of 'Doctor' from the University of Kamza. The explosion of a quantity of TNT near his house, believed to be due to a scarf issue, brought to light his luxurious villa with palm trees, which he declared to be worth 5.7 million lek (about 60 thousand euros), with the alleged source of income from work as an immigrant in Greece, salaries and a loan.
After the explosive message, a serious criminal event, Dr. Mziu said that he had thought long and hard and had come to the conclusion that he had no other enemy than Edi Rama, who after failing to buy him, perhaps to make him Minister of Agriculture, Rama dramatically experienced the doctor's rejection, and as a result, he took revenge on him with TNT.
The tongue goes where the tooth hurts. The DP MP, Gjin Gjoni, another doctor without a higher education, seems to be only interested in money, a character who was in a hurry when he took up the gavel of justice after 'specializing' at Ura Dajlanit', while when Vetting took the gavel away along with his mantle, he emerged from the system as a sheikh.
At the meeting of the DP parliamentary group, after the tense session due to Rama's provocation with Diella like a red meringue in the arena, Gjin Gjoni proposed to pay 20 thousand people 1 thousand euros each to block Parliament. Dr. Gjoni's proposal to overthrow Edi Rama with money seems to come from his experience as a judge, where a decision that cannot be bought with money is bought with a lot of money!
Gjin Gjoni was educated at the Agricultural University of Tirana, Veterinary Department. However, Gjin Gjoni currently holds a doctorate degree, defended at the Faculty of Law of Tirana, Department of Civil Law, with scientific supervisor Endirë Bushati. Defending a doctorate degree means that Gjin Gjoni must have completed higher education in law.
In Gjin Gjoni's official CV, administered by the High Judicial Council, before he fled for fear of Vetting and a secret SHISH report that branded him as corrupt, it is stated that Gjoni has completed an accelerated university course, the University of Tirana. In fact, he has completed the 'Poplar' course. Accelerated courses can be done for barbers, bricklayers, manicurists, chefs, etc. Accelerated courses do not exist in higher education. The diploma for higher legal education includes 4 academic years (8 semesters).
The other doctor is Enno Bozdo, with two 'n's, graduated with an average of 5, graduated from the Dhori Kule degree factory, illegally and with a stolen doctorate. Doctor Bozdo, with 26 assets worth millions of euros in his father's name, proposed a few days ago the establishment of a Council of Wise Men in the DP as a mechanism for deep reflection and reorganization, which will shorten Edi Rama's days in power, saving the opposition and the nation. Bozdo with two 'n's turns out to be the most subtle doctor of all, since not only does he not boast, but he has hidden his 'Doctor' degree!
The most epic doctor of the opposition remains Flamur Noka. His exploits range from setting up scaffolding for DP rallies, providing his brothers and sisters-in-law with apartments when he was at the National Housing Authority, camouflaging a villa for himself in Lalzi Bay, extending the passport concession, exchanging a 180 thousand euro apartment for another one worth around 1 million euros, to the middle finger in the Assembly, to the state wind after May 11.
In the biography published on the official website of the Albanian Parliament, it is stated about Mr. Noka's education that he 'completed his higher education at the University of Tirana, branch 'medicine' and specialized as an oncologist'. The year of commencement and completion of studies is missing.
In the CV submitted to the CEC when he ran for MP, Flamur Noka writes that he has completed higher education and that he specialized as an oncologist, again avoiding data on the year of starting and completing his studies.
The enigma of Flamur Noka's education finds some solution in another biography on the official website of the Democratic Party after Sali Berisha managed to take the seal from Lulzim Basha. The DP website states that Flamur Noka completed his higher education in 1997, when anarchy and civil war broke out in Albania.
'Era Shtet' was born in 1971. While he began his medical studies in 1990 when he was 19 years old, Noka graduated in 8 years. The DP website states that Noka specialized as an oncologist in 2003-2006 at the Tirana University Hospital Center, which means it took him 15 years to become a doctor!
