This is how Berisha acted with the subpoena sent by SPAK, to testify in connection with the investigation into the affair of the former "Partizani" sports complex...
Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has not disappointed anyone this Friday! The current leader of the DP has voluntarily refused to appear before SPAK to give his testimony as a person who has knowledge, about the macabre event of January 21, 2011, when four demonstrators were killed and several others were injured by the bullets of the Republic Guard! All with their hands in their pockets and on the run!
Berisha, then Prime Minister of Albania. was in the Prime Minister's Office building when these murders occurred, not only was he there but he was very active, as the highest official in that building, who had the 'primacy' of giving orders to shoot the crowd in the 'flesh', then to erase the traces of the orders for murder while erasing the security cameras, to prevent the prosecution from arresting the Guard's chain of command and investigating all other actions of this kind for those tragic moments of 15 years ago! So he erased all the evidence that day!
For this reason and for many other reasons, also related to the decision of the Strasbourg Court on 'January 21', a court that demanded with mandatory determination the resumption of the investigation and the disclosure of the orderers for this macabre crime where 4 innocent lives were taken by the Guard's bullets as the crowd was dispersing, SPAK had sent two summonses for Berisha to appear this Friday at 10:00 at SPAK to testify, at least initially as a person in the know!
But Berisha has stuck to an old and seen many times 'movie', repeating the same action that he has always done whenever the 'noose' of justice around his neck has tightened since the files in his charge are serious criminal files, which could cost him years and years of prison! Berisha has refused to go to SPAK, declaring the day before that he has not received the summons from the Special Prosecution! Although SPAK had sent him the summons twice, even to three addresses, specifically to the DP headquarters on the banks of the Lana River, to the leadership of the DP parliamentary group in the Assembly, to his apartment, an entire building, on "Mustafa Matohiti" street in the center of Tirana, but no one has accepted to withdraw the summons.
This is how Berisha acted with the subpoena sent by SPAK, to testify in connection with the investigation of the affair of the former "Partizani" sports complex, privatized in favor of his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, who from a 'shitty' piece of land of 132 square meters, built an entire complex of buildings, benefiting, what we officially know, a full 5.4 million euros in net profit!
Berisha did not accept the summons at that time, although SPAK officers 'roamed' all of Tirana to hand it over to him, but Berisha hid sometimes in the bathroom, sometimes on the many floors of the palace owned by "Mustafa Matohiti", and forced SPAK at that time to request house arrest for him and his son-in-law, leaving them to 'sing' on top of the Palace for almost a year in front of 20-30 supporters who 'parked' in the alley in front of his palace every day! He is now required to appear!
Berisha repeated the same formula again, in an attempt to delegitimize the investigation process of January 21, 2011, requested by Strasbourg, through a strong decision, where only the name of Berisha and his supporters was not included to determine who were the order takers of this tragedy with 4 demonstrators killed, to leave it to the Albanian investigation bodies, currently SPAK, to close this serious and bloody file with the appropriate 'buttons' and to send it to the Special Court for trial!
But SPAK twice failed to send Berisha, to hand him the subpoena to testify before the prosecutors as a person in the know about January 21! Berisha said publicly that he did not receive the subpoena, and SPAK will apparently have to arrest Berisha and stick that piece of paper on his 'forehead' in public, since age has taken its toll and Berisha should not be left to act like a child in his old age, saying that the inspectors of the Special Prosecution Office could not find me to hand him that subpoena! It is an infantile justification by Berisha, who is gripped by the panic of the tightening of the 'noose' by the new justice system, for the responsibility that he apparently accepts himself, for the murder of 4 innocent demonstrators of the then opposition, in front of the prime minister's office on the boulevard, as the crowd dispersed!
Panic has apparently forced Berisha not to 'touch' the summons from SPAK, postponing it as much as possible, sometimes by refusing to withdraw it from himself, his family, associates or lawyers, sometimes by warning of national protests by the DP in front of the prime minister's office, and sometimes by moving from one apartment to another! After all, Berisha knows as hell that it is not simply a summons to testify as a person in the know, but SPAK is certain that he will appear as a defendant and with the communication of the accusation as the one who ordered the massacre of January 21, 2011 on the boulevard in front of the prime minister's office!
E ka pranuar dhe vetë teksa është mburrur nëpër intervistat televizive se do të vriste jo 3 por dhe 300 demonstrues të tjerë nëse kalohej gardhi i kryeministrisë, e ka pranuar madje se ka urdhëruar snajperët për të hipur në tarracën e kryeministrisë me urdhërin për të qëlluar në kokë ish kreun e atëhershëm të opozitës Edi Rama! Janë në dosje edhe këto deklarime të Berishës, me gjithë prishjen e provave dhe pengimin e drejtësisë për të hetuar! Dosja ka ardhur gati nga Strasburgu, fashikull për fashikull, pritet vetëm ‘zyrtarizimi’ me firmë nga prokurorët e SPAK!
Por në rastin e thirrjes së Berishës për të dëshmuar më 21 janarin si person që ka dijeni, situata është më e rëndë se sa duket, pasi Berisha pa pikë turpi është përgjigjur para gazetarëve se nuk ka pasur dorëzuar me firmë fletëthirrjen e SPAK. Madje ka vijuar sulmet ndaj institucionit më të lartë të akuzës, aq sa ka provokuar dhe reagimin zyrtar të SPAK, i cili bën të ditur publikisht se e ka dërguar urdhërin për të dëshmuar për Berishën tek banesa e tij, por që urdhër-thirrja e parë, e dërguar në banesë më datë 3.11.2025, është kthyer mbrapsht në Prokurorinë e Posaçme, me shënimin: “Rojet janë autorizuar të mos marrin asnjë zarf.” SPAK ka bërë me dije se edhe Shërbimi i Burimeve Njerëzore e Trajtimit të Deputetëve në Kuvendin e Shqipërisë ka njoftuar se marrja në dorëzim e njoftimit është refuzuar nga stafi politik i grupit parlamentar të PD.
Pra askush nuk e ‘prek’ me dorë udhër-thirrjen e SPAK, as vetë Berisha as vartësit e tij! Madje akuzon Prokurorët e Posaçëm si mashtrues, duke vënë dhe dy vartësit e tij Noka dhe Bardhi, për të deklaruar se s’ka pasur asnjë Urdhër-thirrje në emër të Berishës nga SPAK. A thua Noka e Bardhi i kanë ‘lexuar’ zarfet e ardhura në adresën e PD dhe atë të grupit të PD, pa i parë se çfarë kanë brenda! Është me të vërtetë një situatë e sikletshme por dhe e neveritshme të shohësh një 81 vjeçar që mashtron sy për sy për diçka që e kanë marrë vesh dhe fëmijët e kopshtit. Aq më tepër që Berisha nuk lë gjë pa thënë nëpër daljet publike, duke iu referuar ‘fakteve’ që vetë i hedh përmes qytetarit dixhital dhe vetë i shpërndan, vetë i komenton dhe në fund vetë i beson! Pastaj pretendon se do të jetë e ardhmja e këtij vendi, duke deklaruar se është në kohën e duhur. në moshën e duhur dhe me kredecialet e duhura për të ardhur në pushtet si kryeministër i vendit! Ndaj shqiptarët kurrë se votojnë më!
Por që të kthehemi tek hetimi me themel i vrasjes së 4 demonstruesve, teksa Berisha ka sfiduar sërish drejtësinë duke mos marrë në dorëzim për dy herë me radhë fletëthirrjen për të dëshmuar për 21 janarin, duke refuzuar për pasojë të shkojë para prokurorëve të posaçëm, para SPAK del me urgjencë detyra ligjore që ta marrë me patjetër për të dëshmuar ish kryeministrin e PD.
SPAK must find ways to 'report', since we have a state with well-paid and consolidated law enforcement bodies, and we are also in the age of the internet, it is very easy to declare Berisha 'wanted', to find him and to hand him a subpoena, even in the Parliament hall, or in front of journalists in front of the Assembly headquarters when he returns from his 10-day 'sentence' for attacking the EU ambassador! Or in these daily press conferences, to hand him over in front of the cameras, publicly! If SPAK dares, we say so! SPAK cannot make the powerless, after it has provided evidence, where on its orders a former president and former prime minister like Ilir Meta, a mayor like Erion Veliaj, as well as dozens of other high-ranking officials were forcibly taken away!
SPAK, if it fails to 'find' Berisha, who has been declared 'wanted', to peacefully and with a signature hand over the subpoena to testify for January 21, 2011, it must act according to the law to issue an order for him to be forcibly brought by the police before the prosecutors to testify! Berisha has not made a 'red egg' because he does not recognize the investigative bodies and above all SPAK, an institution established to crack down on corruption at the highest levels of politics and to do justice equally for everyone in this country! SPAK is even paid quite well from our money.
We say to bring Berisha by force, because if you ask him if he wants to testify before SPAK about 'January 21', he certainly doesn't like it! The "Nastradini' syndrome that they walked him for several days to find the most beautiful tree where they would hang him, was his only wish according to the law at the time that was expected to be realized, and that Nastradini did not like any tree to execute the decision by hanging, where he wanted to hang Nastradini. Apparently this 'syndrome' has caught Berisha for the second time, who refuses to even accept the subpoena to testify as a person in the know! Berisha himself knows like hell that he will be found guilty by SPAK, if even 1 percent of the law is applied like for all other Albanians! SPAK has a duty to implement the law, the file of January 21, 2011 is a bloody file, the state's bullets and state crime have taken 4 innocent lives!
It is truly time to provide justice, or to hand over the keys and open the door, because a lot of money and support has been poured into the new justice system! But also nerves! Let's wait, SPAK is on 'test' with Berisha! The game 'leave it alone, I'll leave it' must end once and for all because they have become 'a joke' with this job! Meanwhile, SPAK must 'kill' fear, and make the strong statements that 'it doesn't ask about politics' a reality! Let him continue this standard of law enforcement with Berisha!
