If in recent years, Edi Rama has taken care to lower the profile of the members of his cabinet and avoid anyone who could attract the shadow of corruption or connection with crime, why should he appoint in the most sensitive sector in this regard someone who, rightly or wrongly, has been bent so much as the main weaver of the organization's dark threads.
This movement of Rama can be seen as related to the well-known anxiety-inducing syndrome of disentangling a dangerous system just when you think you have complete control over it. As a result of this anxiety, strong leaders, who are used to having everything under control, no longer manage to make calculated moves but need to feel safe giving more power to fanatical loyalists in the hope of re-establishing control. Usually, such movements, provoked by the anxiety of shaking the system, are the obvious signs of the degradation of regimes.
It has been some time since the Renaissance organization is manifesting a crisis at the base of its pyramid and the scandals follow one another. The struggle for power and territory of different groups within the organization is producing the first "victims". One of the closest people to the Prime Minister, the former mayor of Durrës, Vangjush Dako, ended up behind bars and the political leader of this region was dismissed from the leadership of OSSHE, immediately after. For a long time there was talk of a cold war, not only within the clans in the organization, but also on the ground where powerful interest groups were said to have forced the prime minister to duplicate the "Durres team".
Immediately after Dako, it was the turn of Safet Gjic, after whose scandal it is said again that there are strong clashes of interests for power and territory within the factions of the organization. Clashes have also been warned in other areas, where rivalry within the organization could take the form of a roaring conflict that would then be difficult to control.
But the strongest sign of the unraveling of the system, that the head of the dome took these times, was the scene alla Tarantino, that the Rrahja tribe filmed as evidence of power, strength and control of the territory within the organization. The mechanism he had set up to maintain and strengthen his power had become more powerful than he had the ability to control.

A nuk i ka promovuar ai ata zyrtarë, si në rastin e Elbasanit, që u kanë dalë në krah bandave ekzekutuese të votës së lirë? A janë shpërblyer vetë klanet lokale me mandate deputetësh, kryebashkiakësh, territore, prona, leje ndërtimi e fonde publike?
Për Edi Ramën është shumë vonë të nisë një betejë për elemimin e tyre, jo thjesht se do të priste trungun mbi të cilin është ngjizur pushteti i tij, por edhe sepse është i pafuqishëm. Pushteti i grupimeve brenda organizatës është aq i fortë, sa mund ta rrëzojë kupolën që mendon se e drejton.
Prandaj me emërimin e Taulant Ballës në krye të institucionit më të ndjeshëm për organizatën, Edi Rama i ka rënë shkurt, në pamundësi për të ndërmarrë ndonjë aksion për ndryshim rrënjësor të sistemit që ka ngritur vetë dhe që tani e sheh t’i degjenerojë përpara syve. Meremetimet kozmetike të emërimit të ministrave pa biografi, të rokadës së drejtuesve të qarqeve, të kombinimeve në administratë apo polici, nuk i japin dot mburojë përballë asaj që po ndodh çdo ditë në terren. Caktimi i Ballës në drejtimin e ministrisë së Brendshme, është një akt i dëshpëruar me shpresën se një besnik i tij, që e njeh më mirë se kushdo botën e errët dhe të fuqishme brenda organizatës, mund të vendosë njëfarë rregulli apo pakti mes grupeve rivale që po i rrezikojnë çdo ditë pushtetin.
