Unfortunately, in Albania, for 20 years Europe has brought only scumbags of this kind as enlargement commissioners or special envoys, starting from this sample of a thieving bastard with half of her family in prison for drugs, to a functional moron and idiot like Tanja Fajon, a former Slovak communist and KGB spy like Miroslav Lajcak, a duduk like Oliver Varhelyi and most recently a hysterical transgender like Marta Hirra (kosi).
These are the scumbags who give opinions, make reports, and express thoughts on the functioning of the rule of law and democracy in Albania.
These scoundrels have a price and are purchased by the government as a market commodity because they are ordinary human beings.

That's why I often say that I have no respect for any foreigner working in Albania, for the fact that they are a foreign "good" if I see that the government buys them and uses them as mercenaries against Albanians for its own interests.
