The way its mission is formulated leaves the impression that until today corruption has lacked guards. In fact, Albania has a multitude of institutions, agencies and units, large and small, where hundreds of thousands of people are paid, whose state duty has been and is exactly the prevention and attack of corruption.
Capillary corruption in the country, which has begun to come to light and face the law mainly thanks to SPAK investigations, is the evidence of the spectacular failure of the state and government anti-corruption network. Worse still, it is the evidence of the total capture of this network by the epidemic it was supposed to fight. Taking the part from the robberies and robbers that he had to denounce.

It means that the propaganda government has made SPAK unstable, it has considered it a toothless ornament to decorate the window, which can very much bite any oppositionist.
But at this point he has caught on, he is seeing the abyss and is trying to take urgent measures to stop the investigations, even with moves without the ball and false dubbing.
As long as the government is propagandistic, no super directorate or super commission can fight its corruption. Not even the former governments. Only SPAK, only justice with strong American and European support can succeed.
