Several months ago, the Rama-Berisha governing coalition made their agreement public.
The first act was the pooling of votes to pardon budget and vote thieves.
We saw the second act yesterday when they voted on the Electoral Code, which deprives Albanians of the right to vote.
The third act will be the joining of votes for the weakening of SPAK and KLSH.
Among the acts there are of course small honors between both parties, things like shut up about this, get a building permit there; get the stamp here, take care of the commission there, and so on.
But the most interesting part is not this.
The most interesting part is the fight between the acts.
Just like the referendum vote, even now you will see how they act as if they are furious with each other.
You will see them pretending to prepare for fire, revolution, stone eating, and so on.
Rama, on the other hand, will pretend to repress them with police and army, ready to make them heroes.
And so they will continue until it's time to combine the votes for the next point of the agreement, hoping to find enough idiots who still believe them...
