Berisha said that there will be another negotiation regarding the vote of the diaspora. Vote, which is still not certain, since in all likelihood the system of registration and certification by the CEC, has already had problems, even though the government has passed the relevant funds to the central commission to cover the cost of the postal service for Albanians abroad countries that want to participate in the May 11 elections.
If the process is left to the electoral administration without political interference, even though there may be problems along the way, there is always a way to resolve any obstacles.
However, Sali Berisha said "we are in negotiations". A mysterious process and totally kept away from the public and above all the supporters of the opposition, what Berisha's PD wants from these negotiations.

But as the doctor himself said today, negotiations are used. Which are separate from the wishes and demands of the other opposition, and what is most important, they are completely secret and it is not known why they are being developed. Only when the product comes out at the end, as was the closure of the lists or the absurd amnesty.
There is a reason why Sali Berisha mentioned the negotiations today; to show that it is the main factor that also controls the electoral commissions, as well as the vote counting groups. He even mentioned a new round of negotiations for the diaspora vote, exactly one day before the registration deadline. As if to say that you are obliged to vote for me in front of the young people, a message that was seen as quite clear.
On the other hand, the new opposition, especially the one that clearly opposes Sali Berisha, is no better than the spoiled new parties that fought with Fevziu.
Because even though they accuse Berisha of secret negotiations with the majority, either at all or very little they disclosed these negotiations and their result.
