The opposition MPs announced that they will go to Brussels on October 23, in a protest in front of the European Parliament to protest the arrest of Sali Berisha. I am still not clear what is the real motive of this group trip, so it is not clear if they are going to protest against the European Parliament or complain to the European Parliament.
Naturally, as the situation is, they should go to protest against the European Parliament and other EU institutions. This is the real cause of PD. Besides now being framed as an anti-Western party, the arrest of Berisha and all others arrested by the new justice has been hailed by Brussels and called one of Albania's main successes on the opening day of the negotiations.
Likewise, all the DP's rhetoric so far is that the EU has supported the Albanian government, which they call an anti-democratic regime, and it is logical to protest against them.
This also goes with the attitudes they have taken against Western diplomats who have condemned their protests.
If they go to complain, considering the European Union an uninformed institution about Albania, they risk becoming ridiculous and useless for their cause.

All this is done for a man who was delivered to the Court today, with a pretense that he gets a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 12 years in prison. All this without January 21 and other issues that can be opened.
Now going all the way to Brussels just so he can see that you are ready to sacrifice for him and identify with him no longer shows who Sali Berisha is, it shows what product he expects in politics from an old man who has been criminalized since before flee to the other world, he wants you to go all dirty and humiliated by him.
