Why doesn't the anti-Berisha opposition unite under one leadership?

The opposition does this for one reason only, because it has no other way to justify its defeat.

When the eyes of the whole world are focused on Israel-Iran threatening a wide-scale world war, the Albanians of the Democratic Party are still thinking about the elections manipulated by the socialists while they blame the failure on themselves.

The history of not recognizing the elections, that they were stolen, voters were corrupted, the socialists manipulated them, and so many other "reasons", not only does not bring a solution, but has turned into a pattern that is becoming more and more disgusting for Albanians as a whole.

The opposition does this for one reason only, because it cannot justify its defeat in any other way. This is due to its aggressiveness, because it wants power to enrich itself and not for the benefit of Albanians. Its long stay in opposition makes it even more unbearable because those who are accustomed to stealing from the state cannot live without power.

Others who come after you circle around their leader with their hands in their pockets in the hope that he can be resurrected, but they forget that his political death ended here as an act 12 years ago.

The point is that Albanians need a strong, united and stable opposition. While this disfigured opposition that has lost its compass and continues to survive in the turbulent waters of the parent party, we cannot yet talk about how Edi Rama's power will be in the next mandate.

Because, as long as he has strong positions because he has cemented his electorate with strong and unwavering convictions, Edi Rama will not have a single thorn in his side. On the contrary, he has become the most trusted of the Westerners, and its leaders are even insisting that Albania accelerate its entry into the European family solely thanks to the Albanian Prime Minister's ingenuity.

So trustworthy has Edi Rama become for EU leaders that they do not believe how such a charismatic leader and loyal to Euro-Atlantic principles can stay outside their family. Never has Albania been seen as such an important factor in the international arena as today with this government, which has become a host of several important meetings, most importantly as the organizer of the next NATO Summit.

That is enough for Albanians to trust and vote for Edi Rama again. Because it is clear that the normal gray electorate will go to the party that is bigger, more convincing in their ideas, more stable in their governance, more sacrificial in their challenges, and more reliable in the realization of their promises for their fourth mandate in government. There is no question that the gray electorate, that is, the undecided, will go towards small opposition parties, no matter how new ideas they may have and untainted by corruption, but which lack unity and harmony among themselves.

As for the DP, no, no, because it has become a party that is shrinking day by day, losing its limbs because it is not even keeping its believers on its rotten body and has gone from head to head in an inevitable hemorrhage. The opposition presents the defeat as the cause of the theft of the position because it will not present the failure from within itself, which has lost not only the trust of the majority of democrats, but also those who have foolishly trusted it are leaving tired and disappointed in their spiritual leader.

I said the majority, because the Democrats have been divided and disintegrated into small parties, like Shehaj, Basha, Lapaj, Qori, etc., etc., but who have forgotten that they need to unite with clear ideas to defeat Rama, but who are more numerous in the main party because those who "milked" the power of their "father" do not want to understand that their "death" has come since their spiritual leader "washed the doors" forever.

So all of these people, while waiting for their leader to physically die, do not believe that the Democratic Party can be led by someone else. Now the issue is that the entire other right must reorganize and elect a leader who has never been involved in right-wing power and reformat the true right, without being at all connected to the past, but which has always been a true martyr of right-wing values.

That, when the day will come, depends only on the true right, because without their reformatting and unification with new ideas, the socialists with or without Edi Rama will always be in power with the wheel towards the EU.
