Why hasn't the SPAK prosecution been acting together with Super Prosecutor Dumani for two years?!?
How is it possible that super prosecutor Altin Dumani has not launched investigations, has not made arrests, and has not even set security measures for the son-in-law of the former Minister of Justice's brother, for the medical experts, the prosecutor, and the judges who released Nuredin Dumani, receiving 40 thousand euros from the latter?! Dumani's testimony was given in 2022 as a reminder!
The fact has been proven: Dumani is a prosecutor with the status of "repentant"; the expert report has been compiled and is there; the prosecutor has not appealed; and the judge acquitted Dumani in 2014!
So, all the facts are there!

Meanwhile, for journalist Elton Qyno, the prosecution imposed a security measure and launched an investigation against him without any concrete evidence (as in the case of Nuredin Dumani's release). The prosecution not only launched an investigation, but also searched his apartment, seized his work materials and imposed a security measure simply based on some conversations of third parties talking about journalist Qyno!
So, no concrete evidence, like the "hitman" case, just rumors about the Qyno case!
Why this double standard from the super prosecutor?
What was it about journalist Qyno that ruined the work of super prosecutor Dumani and his friends?!
By the way, the Special Court of Appeals overturned the security measure for journalist Elton Qyno! So, it completely lifted the security measure, calling the super prosecutor and the judge who had hastily imposed that measure on journalist Qyno.
Unfortunately, some colleagues, portals and media did not publish the news about the lifting of the security measure for journalist Elton Qynon, due to servility towards the head of SPAK! And when this measure was imposed, which has now been repealed, they were rubbing their hands! Shame!
