In a desperate effort, full of swearing, cursing and cursing, Edi Rama tried to wash out with a monologue the expletives that fell on his head from a dialogue with the Italian journalist of Rai 3. Perhaps regretting that poor performance, as in arguments as well as in the poor and strained vocabulary (for several years he has been repeating the stale expression that "Italians are Albanians dressed in Versace" hoping to impress Italy), the Albanian prime minister decided, after two days, to repair as much as possible the image ruined by an interview with an uncontrolled journalist.
Rama's main thesis, also reflected in recent meetings with immigrants, is that foreigners, mainly neighbors, do not understand the fact that yesterday's servants today are masters with equal rights in the countries where they live and that they cannot forgive the sudden success of arrogant Albania under his leadership. According to this thesis, based on a naïve nationalism, any criticism or attack that comes from those who hate us, has nothing to do with his bad governance, but with anger, racism and prejudice against Albanians and Albania.
But such a mentality, which originates from the need to escape from reality here, a reality dominated by corruption and organized crime, according to the national-communist ideology "we dance in the wolf's mouth", is easily dismantled. Why, when foreign media, even the most peripheral ones, advertise Albania as a tourist destination, the Prime Minister leaves no occasion without mentioning it as an example of the country's image growth in the West? Why do they care about Albania and our flag when they highlight the criminalization of the Renaissance that is turning the country into a narco-state? Rai 3 did not produce anti-Albanian propaganda, but an investigative show, with concrete names and accusations, even from former exponents of the government, to show exactly the danger that threatens Albania from crime clothed in power.
"Insulting Albania..., especially from neighboring countries... is an attack on the name, on the honor, on our national flag, on every Albanian", says Rama. The comparison of the honor of the Albanian with the honor of Rama was difficult even for the prime minister's naive nationalism. Even less to think that this honor has been damaged by the investigation of Rai 3. Because it was not Rai 3, nor Rai 1 and Rai 2, that Edi Rama was assigned by his ministers of the interior. Even Mediaset has not selected the bandits and traffickers convicted in Italy, to make them MPs and mayors in Albania. Likewise, the controversial character of Sinaloa did not go to the office of the Albanian prime minister for a casino license like the cousin of journalist Xorxhio Motola. Albania is not being harmed here as a tribute to its success, but Edi Rama who, with his deeds, is harming the Albanians as much as possible.
Another thesis of Rama, to be washed away from the scum he has collected on and around himself, is that the accusations against his government have their source from what he called "a handful of Albanians who you know very well, have no homeland, they have no religion, they have no knowledge and no faith, the waste water discharges of Non Grata politics and media channels here in Albania".
Even if this is true, what should the opposition and the media do in the face of the criminalization of power, the violation of elections, the massive theft of public money and the restriction of constitutional freedoms. Do you shut up that the honor of Rama is affected, which is the same as the honor of Albania? To whine and complain about what accuses you and not to take responsibility for what belongs to you, Edi Rama has turned it into a right of his that no one should dare to violate.

And the climax, when the main accused says "that the time when the Albanian state, the government, the Prime Minister of Albania, sat like a shield that made the strong with the weak here and the wise in front of foreigners, is dead". That is, now the country has Him, who appears as our god everywhere in the world, while the world deals with him as the evil that has taken over the country.
And to understand how "brave and proud" Rama is in front of foreigners, the interview with the journalist of Rai 3 is enough. After he offered him coffee, with a servility exactly like "thoughtful in front of foreigners", he called his accusations honey in front of the scum of the media of the country where he is prime minister and, the Italian journalists, he described them as Montanelli's successors, while the Albanians were a category created by Enver Hoxha. And this is done precisely by the one who says that he disgusts those who insult Albania and Albanians in foreign languages.
Edi Rama does not have a problem with the foreign language, but with the truths that are spoken in a foreign language. Because he can neither control nor manipulate them. One hour on Rai 3 was enough to break the propaganda mirror with the reflection of reality. And no matter how many monologues he produces, he cannot clean the mud he is immersed in with the national flag and the Albanian honor.
