This concern has been so great that it seems as if there was a secret order for the ministers, deputy ministers, mayors and directors to commit corruption and scandals as much as the eye eats and as much as the mind eats, in order to succeed SPAK. So much so that after every speech that ended with the message "end impunity", a new fashion of theft in the offices of the state started.
The problem
With the Special Parliamentary Commission, with difficult negotiations with partners and difficult compromise with the opposition (which is not governing well at all), the majority has entered a costly path to show limits to SPAK. But there is a simpler and less expensive way to lock SPAK.
Solution
The solution is as simple as Columbus' egg. SPAK should be put out of business by stopping the supply of raw materials. Ministers should read the Code of Ethics they approved in 2013 and 2017, and directors should read the law. Instead of fighting corruption by sending comrades to SPAK, comrades should be told: stop doing corruption/scandals because we don't need SPAK anymore.
Of course, some vices come with the soul, but the situation begins to change when good vices are nurtured.
