Moj Elisa Spiropali ke ba nje esse krejt me te hek trunin, ma te gjetme sgjendet mo.... Nje tash edhe nje nxanes i klases se 7te do ta kish me pas zili. I ke rreshtue te tana , emire ke ba se Shkodra per at qytet qe ash ne vedi e meriton ket levdate. Por ke harrue: 1. Shkodra ves te tanave qe ka ,por ka edhe nje Liqen ma te bukuren ndan tyne, asht magji e madhe. pse ti Spiropali e ke harrue? 2. Shkodra ne historine e saj te madhe asht vendi i MUZIKANTEVE te Shqiperise. Dhjetra prej korifejve te muzikes (te te tana llojeve) kane qene me origjine prej Shkodre. 3. Qytet metropol deri ne 1945. Tregtare dhe pasanik shqiptare me emer . Krenaria e ketij Kombi. 4. E shume te tjera vec atyre qe permend Ti e Une ,qe une nuk i di......... 5. Po sot a me thuj ku je? Porsi Lisi irrezuem perdhe Shkojne Bota sipri e te shkelin me kambe Burrat e dheut s'te thojne mo nane..... Keto mund ti themi edhe per Shkodren Ketij qyteti qe natyra dhe zoti i ka fal pa kursim , gjithe bukurite . Por dicka i mungon qe mue sma ba goja me e thone... jam Jugor me origjine por jam mundue me perdor at dialekt aq te bukur, pa cka sa nuk e di sae kam arrit. Tung!
Nuk kanë nevojë shkodranët me jua rrit lavdinë një politikane. "Serenatën e nuses" mos kujto se do ta zvetënojë vallja jote me 'prijsit' e rilindjes socialiste në Shkodër. Shkodranët nuk harrojnë vrasjet makabre të djemëve të saj në 2 Prill. Pa drejtësi nuk ka pajtim . Nuk ka as reflektim. Ngjarjet makabre u përsëritën në 21 Janar . Prap viktima të pa fajshme. Prap përgjegjës shteti. Po kush flet , vepron dhe urdhëron për vrasje, me pretekstin se po shpëton shtetin? Kjo e meriton një hetim në themel . Vrasjet nuk parashkruhen.
Të gjitha rreshtat janë qarë me lot. Vetëm rreshti i barcaletave në kohën e diktaturës sikur nuk përkonte me realitetin. Më të hidhurat barcaleta dilnin në Tiranë e mbaronin me fjalët, ka thonë Shkodroni.
