In the other case, the administrator of a pharmaceutical company was criminally prosecuted, as 200 orthopedic articles and parapharmaceutical accessories were found in the company's vehicle, without the accompanying documents required by law.
In the framework of controls in various economic subjects, for which there are indications that goods/products are traded, in violation of the law, the specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of DVP Lezhë, in cooperation with the services of the Lezhë Police Station, organized and finalized the police operation coded "Antidote", as a result of which: - the owner of 2 of the businesses, citizen AD, 34 years old, resident of Lezhë, was arrested after hiding in the premises of the pharmacy and on the shelves with products grocery, in the warehouse of a market, 300 boxes of medicines, some of which did not have the element of authenticity on the packaging, while the rest did not have the stamp of the State Agency of Medicines.
- the administrator of a pharmaceutical company, citizen SI, 52 years old, resident in Durrës, was criminally prosecuted, after 200 orthopedic articles and parapharmaceutical accessories were found in the vehicle owned by this company, without the element of authenticity in the packaging and without tax invoices. The police seized 300 boxes of medicine and 200 articles as material evidence. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë, for further actions", the police informs.
