Journalist Artan Hoxha says that the country's political elite must testify to the serious event of "January 21".
According to Hoxha, the prosecutors of Tirana should have called Prime Minister Edin Rama, former president of the republic, Ilir Meta, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, former Minister of the Interior, Lulzim Basha, Bamir Topi and former Prosecutor General, Ina Rama to testify.

Asked why he cannot receive the SPAK file at this moment, Hoxha said that the Special Prosecutor's Office returned the file to him as long as the Tirana Prosecutor's Office does not give up.
