An accident happened this Sunday afternoon near the village of Veliterna in Maliq. It is learned that a "Ford" type vehicle collided with a motorcycle, driven by a 17-year-old.
As a result, both drivers were injured and were immediately sent to the hospital in Korça, where they are out of danger. Unfortunately, one of them suffered a leg injury.
"An accident happened this afternoon in Maliq. The police informs that at around 18:10, on the "Korçë-Pogradec" road axis, near the village of Veliterna, Maliq, a "Ford" type vehicle driven by citizen BJ collided with a motorcycle driven by citizen FM, about 17 years old.
As a result, the FM driver and the passenger of the motorcycle, a citizen of AK, 17 years old, were injured and were sent for treatment to the Korça hospital.
Further procedural actions are being carried out with the driver of the vehicle BJ. The investigative group is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident ," the police announced.
