A fatal accident occurred this morning in the city of Schramberg, Germany. A 29-year-old Albanian woman and her 3-year-old son died at the scene.
According to reports, the incident occurred shortly before 9 a.m. on Oberndorfer Street. A 53-year-old man driving a truck lost control of his vehicle and went off the road.
The truck first hit three parked vehicles. The vehicle then entered the sidewalk and hit a woman and her child, who were in the area.
Emergency crews responded immediately, but the injuries proved fatal for both victims. The woman was originally from Kosovo. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances of the accident.
