Photos of 4 police officers, for whom arrest warrants have been issued by the GJKKO at the request of SPAK, are published.

The Special Prosecution Office has launched an operation in several cities across the country and security measures have been taken for 4 officers suspected of being involved in the crime.

In custody are the crime bosses of Himara, Shkëlzen Ruska, and that of Lushnja, Ervis Alisinanaj. The latter was dismissed in 2022 by the Director of the State Police at the time, Gledis Nano, after the tragic incident, where police officer Arjan Tase hit and killed a 7-year-old girl on Potami beach in Himara.

Former police officer Erdit Hazizaj, who left the police force in 2022, has also been arrested. He ran for the Municipality of Roskovec.

Meanwhile, the head of the Border Police Commissariat in Saranda, Elvis Dervishi, has been declared wanted.
