The 35-year-old was recently placed under "house arrest" on the grounds of health reasons, a decision sealed by judge Artan Hejredinaj, who accepted the defense's request for a change of measure. The decision in question has not yet been clarified by the court and only after that the prosecution will decide whether or not to file an appeal in the Appeal, even though during the session where the measure was eased, it took a stand against it.
