The man who initiated the criminal file No. 59 (Revenge) in SPAK, is precisely Alex Ndreka, who was constantly targeted to be killed by the "Ndoka" tribe, voluntarily went at noon on March 8, 2022 to the premises of SPAK, making a report and giving explanations for the series of 3 attacks with weapons and tritols by members of the "Ndoka" tribe in Lezhë.
Ndreka was only 1 day old, he had survived a gun attack, so the growing pressure of the "Ndoka" tribe has caused him to kneel before the doors of SPAK prosecutors.
Exactly two years ago, on March 8, Mother's Day, Aleks Ndreka climbed the steps of SPAK to file a criminal complaint, with the hope that SPAK would investigate and fight the people of former MP Arben Ndoka, who according to him, they had carried out and financed three assassination attempts against him.
But when 1 year and two months passed from the report filed in SPAK, Aleks Ndreka or as it is otherwise known as "Leksi i Druve", in July 2023 he found himself accused in the criminal file No. 9 or as it is otherwise known as "Metamorphosis ", where Ndreka and other people from the "Bajri" clan, made plans to implement the murder of Dorian Duli, Ibrahim Licit and Genc Tafilaj.
Alex Ndreka has already been arrested in Italy and is expected to be extradited to Albania in the coming days, where the likelihood and possibilities are that he will become an accomplice of the SPAK special prosecution.
The journalist of "Ora News", Elton Qyno, has learned from sources near SPAK that on March 8, 2022, Aleks Ndreka filed the report against the Ndokajs.
While 7 days later, on the basis and references of this report, on March 15, the criminal proceedings were registered for the charge of "Premeditated murder" remaining in the attempt committed in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured Criminal Group" and " Unauthorized possession of explosive weapons and ammunition".
Object of the investigation of this case numbered No. 59 was the event of March 7, 2022, where in the city of Lezha at 1:45 p.m. unidentified persons who were driving an "Audi A8" vehicle shot at Aleks Ndreka.
SPAK's investigation extended in time by withdrawing the criminal file from the Lezha prosecutor's office, but without being able to discover any traces of authorship in the participation in the crime of any of the members of the "Ndoka" tribe, in the criminal event of March 7, 2022.
But as the investigations were for the identification of this event were towards a total failure, on February 19, 2024, investigators of the National Bureau of Investigation, have referred information regarding several Albanian citizens and foreigners who cooperate with each other in the special form of a structured criminal group for the purpose of drug trafficking and crimes against life.
This confidential information was based on concrete conversations held in the "SKY" application by some of the exponents of organized crime in Albania and Albanian politics.
On May 8, 2024, when two years and 2 months had passed since Aleks Ndreka's report, SPAK decided to include the conversations held in "SKY" in the proceeding No. 59 of 2022.
This was done after the day before on May 7, 2024, SPAK had decided to register the names of 51 people in the register of persons under investigation.
But the situation has taken another course. After SPAK carried out investigations to discover the armed assassination of Aleks Ndreka on March 7, 2022, thanks to the help of "SKY" conversations, it was possible to discover the perpetrators of another armed attack on Ndreka on December 1, 2020, who they are Arben Ndoka, Samuel Ndoka, Arian Tuku and Vicens Tuku.
On the other hand, the investigations have continued in other cases, causing SPAK to discover 51 people in criminal activity.
On May 10, 2024, SPAK was addressed with a request for the appointment of security measure "arrest in prison" against 50 people, while on May 15, judge Flojera Davidhi approved the request, giving access to the prosecution to carry out the arrests.
In the meantime, the investigation into the event that led to the initiation of this case has not yet been finalized and currently the gun attack against Aleks Ndreka on March 7, 2022 has not been clarified./ OraNews
