-Testimony of Gazmend Buçpapa's wife

Laureta Buçpapaj has indicated that on February 20, at around 3:05 p.m., after the end of working hours, she left in an "Audi" vehicle driven by her husband.

While driving in the area of "Ylbere Bylykbashi" street and then in "Kongresi i Lushnjes", she stated that a tense situation was created with a gray vehicle. According to her, the vehicle in question had blocked their path, while her husband had used the horn to ask for the road to be opened.

She claimed that they had heard insults from the other vehicle, but continued on their way. However, a little later, the same car moved slowly in front of them and then stopped.

" The driver, a man around 30 years old, with a thin body, wearing a black short-sleeved shirt, accompanied by two other people, got out and approached our vehicle ," she stated.

Under these circumstances, according to the testimony, Gazment Buçpapaj also got out of the vehicle and a physical altercation with fists began between them. Laureta Buçpapaj said that she also intervened, pushing the driver of the vehicle and one of the people accompanying him.

After a few moments, she noticed that the driver of the other vehicle was bleeding. Then, according to her, her husband grabbed her by the arm and they drove away in their vehicle.

From the verification of security cameras, it appears that about 50 meters from the scene of the conflict, the couple abandoned the vehicle and left on foot towards Kavaja Street, where they then took a taxi to their apartment in the "Sharra" area.

In her testimony, Laureta Buçpapaj stated that her husband changed his clothes in the apartment and left on foot towards the center of Tirana, without taking his mobile phone with him. She added that she no longer knows his whereabouts.

Among other things, she claimed that she did not see the moment of the fatal blow, but suspects that her husband may have struck the victim with a folding knife, which she said he kept in the vehicle./ Pamphlet
