A serious incident was recorded this afternoon in the village of Peshtan Bregas, in Fier, where a 36-year-old man, Hamza Duraj, lost his life in a fatal accident with an agricultural vehicle.
According to information, the young man had gone out to work the land with a tiller, when he allegedly accidentally tripped and fell to the ground. At that moment, the tiller passed over his body, causing serious injuries and instant death.
The body was discovered by family members, who were concerned after he did not answer their phone calls. They immediately notified the emergency services. The Fier Police and an ambulance arrived at the scene and transported the 36-year-old to the Fier Regional Hospital, but unfortunately he had died at the time of the accident.
Police are conducting full investigations to uncover the exact circumstances of the incident, while investigators are examining the possibility of a pure work accident without other factors.
