-AM, 60 years old, resident in the village of Mertish.
During the physical and vehicle control, the Police services found this citizen 1 pistol-type firearm with a cartridge in the slot, and a loaded comb, 1 illegal shotgun, combat ammunition, and a shotgun necklace with cartridges.
After checking the residence of the citizen AM, the services of the Lushnjë Police Station found and seized 2 illegal shotguns, a shotgun necklace, military ammunition, binoculars, and radios similar to those of the Police.
The following citizens were also criminally prosecuted for this case:
-QG, 59 years old, and his son, citizen KG, 31 years old, both residents of Gurë village.
These citizens were passengers at the time of the vehicle inspection, and an illegal shotgun was found and seized from the inspection of their apartment.
