Lamçe was sentenced to 14 years in prison in Italy, for charges of exploitation of prostitution. As a result of the Anti-Mafia law in 2016, several properties and premises were seized from him in Tirana and Elbasan.
He was arrested in Elbasan and extradited in 2011 to Italy, where he was wanted to serve the sentence given by the Court of Brescia.
