An arrest warrant was issued for Arben Lamçe by SPAK as part of the continuation of the mega-operation Golden Bullet 2, which was carried out by SPAK, BKH, the state police and police structures in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.
Arben Lamçe, wanted by SPAK, was arrested in the city of Pristina by the Special Intervention Unit of the Kosovo Police together with another person.

Lamçja is known as a member of the Çopja criminal group in Elbasan. On July 31 of this year, at the request of SPAK, GJKKO issued 33 arrest warrants for the group of brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja, who are abroad and are still wanted.
Who is Arben Lamçe?
Lamçe was sentenced to 14 years in prison in Italy, for charges of exploitation of prostitution. As a result of the Anti-Mafia law in 2016, several properties and premises were seized from him in Tirana and Elbasan.
He was arrested in Elbasan and extradited in 2011 to Italy, where he was wanted to serve the sentence given by the Court of Brescia.
In 2003, Lamçe was arrested after almost a year of being wanted as one of the organizers of the clandestine traffic by sea.
