A 38-year-old man from Tirana was found dead in Ksamil, near a rocky massif in the sea. The young man is suspected to have drowned as a result of a cardiac arrest.

"Today, on 04.08.2024, on the rocks at "Barxho Bay", in Ksamil, on a rocky massif in the sea, the citizen FK, about 38 years old, resident of Tirana, who is suspected to have accidentally drowned, was found dead as a result of a cardiac arrest.
From preliminary information, it is suspected that he had gone out for a cruise in a canoe and was diving in this area.
The investigative group is at the scene and, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident," the police announced.
