Dritan Rexhepi, head of the "Kompania Bello" drug organization, has been arrested in Istanbul.
Dritan Rexhepi is known as the head of a drug cartel that transports cocaine from South America to Europe. He is also accused of ordering the hostage taking and killing of Jan Prenga.
Rexhepi had entered Turkey with a fake Colombian passport, while he was caught during an operation in Istanbul. During the arrest, a forged passport with the name Benjamin Omar Perez Garcia was found.
The news was confirmed by the Turkish Minister of Internal Affairs, Ali Yerlikaya. The minister said that it was established that Rexhepi entered Turkey from the Istanbul airport with a Colombian passport.
Among other things, Minister Yerlikaya, who announced the operation on his social media account, stated that the Istanbul police arrested the leader of the Rexhepi cartel in Beylikdüzü as a result of sharing information with the Italian police.

Rexhepi is registered under the names Ioannis Dionysopoulos (Greek name) and Lulzim Murataj (Albanian name) and Gramoz Rexhepi (Albanian name).
