According to the statements of Artan Tafan, the 31-year-old had the role of the main organizer, but also as a participant in the unraveled criminal events.

"The murder of the citizen Çajup Selimi, which happened on 01.06.2021, in the city of Tepelena. Premeditated murder of citizen Fridman Xhaferaj, which occurred on 02.06.2021 in the city of Korça. The premeditated murder of the citizen Alban Semaku (Elton Mermali), which happened on 16.10.2021 2021 in the city of Peqin. The murder of the citizen Albi (Dijonist) Bashaliu, which happened on 27.12.2021, in the village of Gjocaj, Peqin.
