The deputy director of the Shkodër police, Ardrit Hasanbegaj, was completely under the influence of the businessman from Velipoja, Pëllumb Gjoka, whom he dynamically informed about everything.
In the conversations developed in the "Sky" application, Gjoka and Hasanbegaj have a busy communication with each other, bringing constant interference from Gjoka to the head of the police.
In February 2021, anti-drug agents caught a person in Velipoja with some cannabis seeds and Pëllumb Gjoka intervened so that Ardrit Hasanbegaj could help him.
But the person had been arrested and that Hasanbegaj told him that he was not in Shkodër, that he should call the arrested boy to the office and order him not to talk, as he would eat him in cooperation later.
Based on this situation, Pëllumb Gjoka has asked him to intervene with the officers, but Hasanbegaj tells him that he will not tell those excellencies of Lleshi, as they notify Ardi Veliu directly.
According to what is shown in the material seen by "Ora News" journalist Elton Qyno, it is clear that on February 25, 2021, businessman Pëllumb Gjoka wrote in "Sky" to the deputy director of the Shkodra Police, Ardri Hasanbegaj, that they had caught a boy from Velipoja with some cannabis seeds, after the planting campaign had started.
"… How are you brother? You caught a boy from Velipoja with two seeds. See if you can help, because the campaign has started ...".
While Hasanbegaj answers as follows: "...well brother, yes, now they told me. I have nothing to do with him, brother, he has been arrested, but I can't name any other names...".
And the Pigeon who returns: "...Ishalla...". Further, Hasanbegaj writes to him that he is asking to learn the situation, since he is not in the police of Shkodra, who told the arrested person not to talk because he would eat cooperation.
" ...because they are asking, I am not there to tell you not to talk because I eat cooperation. I would take it with me to my office ..." says the deputy director Hasanbegaj. While Pëllumbi replies: " ...if you saw someone there, that reed is... ".
And Hasanbegaj told him that there are some excellent officers of Lleshi, considering the former Minister of the Interior Sandër Lleshi, who had only left the post of minister 2 months after the event of December 8, 2020, where Klodian Rrasha was killed in Laprakë.

After 6 hours from the development of this conversation, Pëllumb Gjoka wrote again to the deputy director of the police, Ardri Hasanbegaj, reminding him as follows: "...Brother, he said something... that they think it's you...?", implying that the people of the arrested person suspect that the deputy director of the Shkodër Police, Hasanbegaj, made the arrest.
And Hasanbegaj replies: "... no, no, he didn't speak at all." Not to my knowledge. Brother, we are not, I don't know what to say... I haven't been to Tirana... ".
But Pëllumbi wrote to him again: " ...even Tirana... ?"
Pëllumbi continues by writing to Hasanbegaj that: "...Kusho, (he is talking about Mir Brulin from Velipoja, who was recently arrested in the file with 50 arrested people), is telling me that the letters have arrived from Montenegro... " . Apparently, Mir Bruli had problems with the law in Montenegro.
And the vice-director answers as follows, confirming: "... Yes, they came today, when they came, I was here since Friday..." .
Meanwhile, Pëllumbi continues by writing to him: " ...are you taking any officers from Montenegro, in the arrest operation with you here...? See tomorrow when you go...that he told me ...".
And Hasanbegaj replies: " ... No, brother, what about the operation, it's already been two days, I wish they had told me." Didn't that Montenegrin come to the border? That they would have told me... ".
